The jmc World Cup South Korea 2008 (also known as jmc World Cup Korea Republic 2008) is the 9th jmc World Cup, the tournament made by JCA1009 and played on (the games name). It was hosted by South Korea. It's the first time, that jmc World Cup toke place in Asia (the second World Cup was Jmc World Cup Japan 2012). The tournament was won by Argentina, who beat in final Brazil 1-0. They've become the first team to win Jmc World Cup three times. The 3rd place was won by Czech Republic, who beat Sweden 4-3 on penalties (1-1 after extra time). The title defenders - Italy - were eliminated by Wales in Round of 16. The hosts were also eliminated in Round of 16, losing to Sweden.
Note: As per statistical convention in football, matches decided in extra time are counted as wins and losses, while matches decided by penalty shoot-outs are counted as draws.
